Remedial Massage

Remedial massage comprises of various techniques on problem areas to release, realign, shorten or lengthen muscle fibres, remove painful trigger points, or to release muscle spasms. To enhance this treatment I select appropriate essential oils for you. These help ease pain, relax muscles, stimulate circulation and assist the lymphatic system and kidneys to eliminate the released toxins.

I may also offer a blend for use at home between treatments, usually to add to the bath or shower, but sometimes topically or with a compress.
